Nominate a Student

If you are an adult in the community and want to let us know about a student that you think would be a good candidate for Act Six, you can nominate that student and we will mail them an application. 

However, the 2008 Cadre Four application window is now closed. New applications for the 2009 Cadre Five process will not be available until summer 2008.  Please check back then to submit your nomination.
